Those are beautiful photos! Knoebel's is great, but at night, it really is a beautiful place to visit!

Thanks for sharing, although you've made me a bit homesick. We used to be able to go many times in the evenings but, since we moved, it's not so easy now!

I went to Knoebel's for the first time last week and I must say it is a nice amusement park. I enjoyed the roller coasters and the flume ride. I also liked the fact that is was free admission and you just pay as you go on each ride. The whole atmosphere of the park was different than Six Flags or Dorney.

Default Recent History of Bushkill Amusement Park

I found a good article that gives a summery of whats been going on at Bushkill amusement park. Good read

One more feather in Knoebels' hat - free parking. I understand Hersheypark now charges $10 to park a car!!!

One of the issues with the Flying Turns toboggan-type ride at Knoebels is that there is no other ride like it in the country. It's an old-fashioned ride so anyone who was around when this type of ride was used before is probably too old to talk to, and with no other similar rides anywhere, there's nothing to look at or compare it to. I'm sure they'll get it done eventually. Knoebel's does things well and you can always trust that you'll be safe on their rides. I know their CEO has even tested the ride personally. It's just not quite right yet.

Default The Phoenix

This first photo was easy, but the second was difficult to handle. But it turned out better
than I expected. My daughter and I have been going on this ride for well over two decades.
We used to park NEXT to the Phoenix. Ride it 20-25 times and drive home!
