Just wondering...is this little peace of heaven connected in any way, shape or form to public property that is used by the general public for *any* type of use?

Whatever. I have a valid question that pertains to the topic. I don't want to read about who has a bigger penis and who is more of a man than the other. Are these illegal shooting areas near public places that people use to hike, fish, etc?
