Default Taylor Memorial Day Parade Pictures

This was a really nice and short parade. We got there at 9:45 and it didn't come down to us at the end until 10:45. It was short and sweet and afterwards at the community center the mayor and a guest speaker said a few words. It was really nice, I was glad we went. Here are some pictures:

The beginning of the parade

National Guard from downtown Scranton

Not sure where these were from, looked like ROTC kids in the back

Cheerleaders

Lowering the flag

Afterwards at the community center there were free refreshments and a band, really nice.

It looks like a wonderful event in a wonderful community. I'm only sorry that I had to be at WORK all day and couldn't attend. There's always next year though I suppose.
