If there is one thing the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton area has, it's polish food! There are plenty of places in the Wilkes-Barre area that specialize in polish meats, kielbasa, perogies. Mom and Pops perogies on rt.309 comes to mind, Harry's Market on Hazle st in Rolling Mill Hill, there is a Polish Deli on Scott st in East End. Plymouth has a few places. I'm sure it's the same up towards Scranton.

I used to go there all the time with my mom! I remember that they had some tables to sit at, but not many - but it's been a long time.
