Ace, they have nice decks and some are facing the old "but well kept" farm in the distance.
I love that they have the pool almost ready.....( if not ready by today)
The clubhouse is beautiful.
I like that they did the landscaping and have sidewalks.........
When the stores get built, it will be wonderful for all the homeowners and the outsiders too.........
What a fine job they did in quality and flair..........They are just awesome to look at.
I told Jody that she should be so proud of her design......the colors and styles are just perfect.

Well, that gave the picture some great style ............
I imagine over time I will have lots of splats.......because "flyman" ( my new name for him) is just not aware of all the good shots I am missing and ......continues on his merry way.

My parents are looking to move back into the states after being away for 12 yrs. They want a quiet area. At their age, a maintenance free property might be ideal for them. I requested for more info. I hope they're not too pricey.

I'm so jealous of anyone with their landscaping done. I have my home now for a yr and the builder did squat for the outside appeal of the home.

I believe the units are in the high-$200k range, which is actually a relative bargain for this area since I know of several less ambitious townhome communities here near Pittston that are in the low-to-mid-$300k range.

Actually they have a presale first building two bedroom starting at 209......!
( one floor,no garage)
The fabulous ones, with all the bells and whistles, go upwards into the 300's.........but one even had a tall gas buring fireplace in the bedroom in a gorgeous cabinet.
They even have "furnished" pricing........one listed right now is ony $305! Lots of tile, all units have Mowhawk Carpets 30Oz. ...just a beautifully done place.
