Does anyone have any recommendations/comments good or bad on any of the rain gutter installers in Monroe County/Stroudsburg are?

We first used a place in Hawley that we now know are complete rip offs. Recently had a covered porch put on the house so we had to redo the front gutter. Used a guy out of Dingman. Half the price, better work done. Just not sure how far those kinds of guys drive for work.
