looking for holistic/homeopathic doctor near scranton pa
Hi. I'm looking for a holistic physician; that is, one that doesn't automatically treat with lots of medicines etc, but looks at the whole person instead. Also, one that uses alternative and/or homeopathic treatments. Also looking for a sports medicine doc that is of like mind--alternative, homeopathic, etc. Thanks.

I'm curious for an answer to this post as well. I grew up surrounded by homeopathic medicines/remedies for both people and animals.

Fran Perfilio... she is a chiropractor, and practices holistic medicine...My friend goes to her and swears by her, ....I think shes a little far out there myself...to each their own.... She is located on Providence Rd. in Scranton

Lorac have you been successful in finding a holistic doctor? I tried to look up Perfilio but cant seem to find any info..if anyone has it please pass it on. Thanks!

I once found one in the yellow pages....an MD in Dallas who also practiced holistic healing....you can also contact local health stores (not GNC---- the independent ones)...they often have insights as to who does what within the whole region.....perhaps down river as well....... (Susquehanna, that is.....)

I've been exposed to a few of the "hard" styles - TKD, Kempo, Tang Soo Do, Judo, Hung Gar Gungfu - but have stayed focused on Taijiquan for most of my time. Yang and Chen styles, with a smattering of Sun.  |
