Wild acres community (Lima: real estate, crime, vacation home)

Can anyone give me information on the Wild Acres community? Is it nice, what kind of amenities does it offer, what are the association dues, etc. What school district is that in? Thanks!

Hello,
I've been looking for lakefront property in the poconos. The real estate person I have been dealing with implied that there was a possible crime problem in the town, possible gang activity. I've seen several nice lakefront properties and am wondering if she is accurate. Has anyone heard of anything like this in or near wild Acres.

I think most of these gated communities have there share of problems I would'nt live in one

I don't know about Wild Acres, but crime happens anywhere, even in gated communities with security. Even Arrowhead Lakes, which I am a big proponent of for peaceful, safe living had an occurence this weekend. It was reported in the paper that one teen who lived in there was arrested, and others still may be, for stealing from vacation homes in there. I still recommend the place, though, because teenagers make stupid mistakes, and stupid decisions. Crime happens. I live on private land and have been a victim of theft.
