Paupackan Lake Estates is very laid back, gorgeous private lake that doesn't allow motors, and folks are friendly without being TOO friendly if that makes sense. No clubhouse or anything of that sort, roads are well kept in the winter, and plenty of modest homes if you're looking for something not too pricey.

Only PART is in the WASD, though, so make sure your realtor notes that when you're looking.

Tink Wig is also very nice, has a clubhouse and outdoor pool, and is VERY close to the school.
