Hello, I'm interested in finding a small lake front vacation home in the Pocono’s that is convenient to Philadelphia. I was hoping someone could suggest a few lakes or areas that are well maintained. I not apposed to a mobile home/community but assume that often attracts problems. Best, Jonathan

Indian Lake, in the Bear Creek area, might be a good place to look.

There are many beautifull communities with lakes to choose from that are a convenient distance to Philadelphia.
Lake Harmony Estates, Locust Lake Villiage, Arrowhead Lakes, Lake Naomi to name a few. That is a good sampling from the Pocono Lake Area.
