Looks more like some kind of medieval era torture device rather than something that some dentists use on kids. If anyone had ever used such a thing on my kids, I'd go ballistic. I would check with any pediatric dentist to see if they use these, and avoid them like the plague if they do:

High recos for Larry Gallagher on Pittson Ave in South Scranton... excellent practice with kids... and gentle on adults as well.

He's been my dentist for almost 14 years. Great to work with. Never one problem with his work, billing or anything.

I also go to Dr. Aronica ... Love him ... Kind Gentle ... like you said no problems with billing ... it is just a very well run operation.

I have been going to him for 7 or 8 years now ... My dentist retired ... and I tried another Dr. Pocius who was also on W. Market St. Didn't care much for the way the office was run ... had a billing problem ... I was charged for x-rays that I never had ... so I decided that this was not the place for me ... I went up the street to Dr. Aronica who saw me when I had a Dental emergency and I didn't get any lectures for not seeing a dentist ... he saw me that day and well I liked him so much that I have been going every 6 months since that first visit.

Give it a try ... he's great!

Dr. Aronica
437 W. Market Street (across from KT Auto)
Scranton, PA 18508
(570)342-2922

They have evening Hours ... give him a try.

Seems like a nice post here. I was just passing through and wondered, do any of these dentists accept Medicaid/Medicare? Thanks all and have a blessed day.

We share the same Dentist Paul, he is a funny guy and does great work. We met some people through work that suggested him and he has been very good.

I'm a dentist and the office I work at over here in Berwick takes only patients on the medical access card or people who work but have no insurance. Unfortunately, we only take patients in Columbia County, lower parts of luzerne county and parts of montour county.

If you remember Tracy Drummond who used to work there as a dental hygienist (short blond hair and beautiful smile), please keep her and her family in your prayers. Her young son has been enduring a lot of suffering as of late with leukemia. I really admired though that even with all they were going through themselves at the time her husband still came to pay his last respects to my grandmother at her viewing around Christmas. There was a recent charity benefit dinner at the Hughestown Hose Company in honor of little Richard Jr., and nearly 1,000 people came and went throughout the day (I had work, as usual, but my parents came out to represent our family).

Sorry but I don't think I was cared for by her but my heart goes out to her and her family.
