LMR422 is on a distinguished road
Default Sandy Shores, Lakeville, PA...

Hello, all - we are meeting with our Real Estate Agent on Saturday. She has a bunch of houses lined up for us to see. One looks very interesting - it is in a development called Sandy Shores. I haven't been able to find anything about it online - if there's Resident Association (or whatever they're called) or any other kind of information. Can anyone out there let me know what exactly is in Sandy Shores? I know the school district it's zoned for, and things like that....

Thanks!
Lisa

I actually went by there yesterday and tried to get some information for you. The only thing I could find is houses for sales/land. It looks like it would probably have a HOA, but I am sure your real estate agent will be able to provide more information. It looks very nice with seasonal views of Lake Wallenpaupack but we did not drive all the way in. Good luck.
