Question Northeast PA Help Needed!

Good morning. You might remember me from a new months ago. My husband and I came to PA from Long Island and loved it. Our lease is up in January and we're looking to relocate to Clarks Summit. We loved, loved, loved the town, the homes, the people, etc. BUT with the economy and everything, we're a bit scared. How are things in PA? I'm a Licensed Social Worker and he's a Network Administrator. Any tips for jobs or job hunting website? Any help or input is appreciated. We've visted Upstate NY as we saw more jobs but no town felt as right as Clarks Summit did....

Clarks Summit is a great place to settle, it's just lovely. MSW - should not be a problem - you will find plenty of work. Network Administrator - honestly there are so many of them out there - have a couple of family members that do that. You might want to secure work before you move. I am sure you will find something, it just takes a little time. In the meantime, you may want to consider a headhunter.........best of luck and I am sure you will be happy with your decision.

Qualitek Services, Inc. - Your Information Technology Solutions Provider - site/company is run by a great guy, Larry Bennett who helped me get a job in 2000 in 3 weeks. He's based in Florida but don't let that stop you. I used to work for Omnipoint when they were located here in Bethlehem and when they got bought out by Voicestream I put my resume on the net and Larry called me. He took care of everything. All I had to do was show up for the interview. Three weeks later I was working!! Also you might want to try the PA Job Bank. I'm typing this from work so I can't look up the website address cuz it's blocked but Google it and you should find it very easily. Good luck!!
