Apartment Complex Near Clarks Summit?
Any recommendations? We're coming this weekend to visit so we figured we would check some out if possible. We love CS but are willing to live anywhere....pref. close to Dickson City! Thanks a bunch!
PS - Perhaps we'll see some of you....we're going to the Oktoberfest celebration!

I've read reviews on Summit Point across from the Viewmont Mall...MANY say the walls are real thin, that you can hear your neighbors doing just about everything. And along with thin walls...that means thin insulation. Lots of complaints on heating bills too.

I also don't know how people in that development can make a left-hand turn out of the complex onto busy Business Route 6, especially during peak hours. They must be trapped!

Yup...that's what the reviews said...and they gave a lot of details, but basically sounds from the bathroom AND the bedroom.
