Read the comments after the article in the times.......There are very few in any that are disagreeing with the story and or the skit......Its not just me, there are alot of people around here that see the city for what it really is.

Huh? You really think anyone believes that you're the only person in Scranton who views it as a hellhole? I'd say you're in the majority, for better or worse.
The difference is, some of those posters have a sense of humor about it being a hellhole.

No no I am the only one...According to Paul and the sheeple(you know who you are) I'm the only one that doesn't see Scranton as the picture perfect Norman Rockwell painting that it is.

I don't see Scranton as being picturesque either. I guess that makes two of us.

I agree........it was very funny and well done by all three. I just felt a little bad about Scranton, since I adore the town a big bunch.

Absolutely agree !!! Scranton IS a hellhole. I lived and worked in Scranton for 20 years. Its a very corrupt city (small town USA !! ) When J. Biden speaks of having lived in Scranton, I wonder WHY ???????? !!

NEPA should feel honored to even be mentioned "tongue in cheek" on the world stage. It puts the whole area on the map and people know it was a joke. Yeah the area has its real challenges but the area is far from one of the badest areas of the nation.

Well, the more and more people tell me "Scranton is a hell hole," the more and more it's finally sinking in for me as well.
