Summering, with your photos, you really captured the reason why I chose my screen name. Thanks so much for all the time and thought put into each shot. You're a peach!

Wine glasses!?.........oh my......
No they are holding candles. But...........Now that you mentioned it.
I'm thinking of a new use for them for the Holidays...

PoconoProud, When we see our mountains, and valleys, the gorgeous land and beauty all around, we know why we love PA. ( and we then wonder why the rare few don't.....) Thanks

I know PA has some beautiful mountain ranges, south and west of where I am. I wish they were more dramatic around the Northeast! I moved back from New England and visited New Hampshire as much as possible. Ahhhhh, the White Mountains. Our mountains were like that a few million years ago!

Some of the most beautiful mountians I have seen were out West. Looking out from Mt Rainer or Mt Hood at other snow covered various mountains, and flying over that range, low on a clear day.
Now that was awesome. But, its a different type of Mt. range, and a different aura.
I have been to Vermont and NH a bit.
I just love some of our views. I think it is the combination of Corn stalks, and farms, with mountains in the distance.......I like how our barns and mums, and stalks accent the fall feelings here.
I like how we look down on things like views from Big Pocono State Park.......or even from Dickson City looking down upon the town.
But, in the end.........all mountain views are wonderful. Aren't we lucky!

Not right here in the Brodheadsville area, no! I have taken my kids to either Shawnee to go ice skating, or to my parents lake in Thornhurst. Good memories of ice skating parties on Weitz Lake growing up!
