Default in the "spirit" of the season - pa ghost walk

we went to New Milford this past Saturday night and did the ghost walk of PA. It was interesting to hear the history of the area as well as some spooky stories! you are guided thru the tour by a "re-inactivaist" (is that a word?). it was a nice way to enjoy some crisp fall night air and i learned a bit about the area!

they have pictures on display that people have taken during the tour with "interesting" things that have shown up.

dress warm tho! it gets very chilly standing around in the night air!

That sounds like a lotta fun!! We did one of those in St. Augustine, Key West & Savannah...it's great to hear local history & legends by candlelight!!

(but does EVERY ghost tour have to have that ONE female "tour-ee" who shrieks '"'cause she gets scared" though...??)

i have to admit - I WAS THAT TOUREE LOL!! while we were walking, some man decided he wanted to "crash" the tour. he came running out of the woods screaming with a mask on and got right in my face. i thought my heart was going to jump clean out of my chest. i SCREAMED and my dh grabbed me away from him

the tour-ees asked if it was a prop of the tour - the leader (looking quite shaken) said no way - we dont do that kind of stuff. he was later found and taken away!!

now THAT was scary LOL!
