Its going to be 50 and sunny thursday thru next monday. None of this is going to stick in Scranton, the ground is too wet and its not that cold out...

We get this every year....early snow and then we'll be in t-shirts for x-mas. The winters have been getting milder and milder every year (ask Sno mtn.) and we have seen longer summers and shorter winter seasons along the mid atlantic states.

On a side note the rivers will be up from the rain so the paddling will be great over the next week.

I think it's just about time for those snickerdoodles....
Thanks for the pix MM!!! I walked outside this morning & it was 52 with a stiff, cold wind...looking at that snow is pretty, but glad I'm here!!!

Sum, I figured it was probably a transformer, but I never saw one pop like this one. Maybe it seemed more extreme since it was very dark, and I was groggy.

I've been trying to find road reports since there's meeting in WB this morning at 11:00. We use Rt. 115 to head up that way. Where did you hear that it was closed?

No 84 was closed early this morning, I don't know about now.
I only heard ICE around 115 and in Bear Creek before the turnpike.
Be careful.........
BTW......Thank you everyone up North for sending us a sprinkle or two.
I have a snow, rain, mixture........and lots of wind. Nothing on the ground.
Thats ok, I would like some snow in November and December, please.

LMAO .. You know where I'd like to put that flagpole ...

It's raining like a sonomabeech down here in Philadelphia. I'd almost rather it be snowing. Yech.

Enjoy, guys!

Central FL here. A bit chilly this AM (39), but no snow. By the way, I've been keeping my windows open for the past couple of days and it's been a nice cool breeze. For everyone on NEPA, hope you're enjoying the early snow!

I took some pictures. I don't know how to post them, but I'll try to figure it out.

Power is coming and going...computer not happy. Gonna shut down.

Thanks for the added info about the roads, Sum.
