We have used three times Louis Poulette out of Stroudsburg..........He bought the old Martz building off of Park Avenue........He has been in business for tons of years. He is not expensive at all.

When we closed on our land we used a very nice lawyer. He did all the paperwork and we also used him to close on our house and he only charged one fee. I highly reccommend him.
