What color Christmas lights will you be using on your tree??
Ok now that we have a good idea on what type’s of trees everyone in NEPA, will be putting up. Now it’s time to put the light’s on. I myself love blue for some reason all blue lights on a tree looks wonderful to me… I know most of my family only liked white, to me that’s just to plain but then again so is all blue…..

What your Christmas tree light selection says about you:
White. Clarity or thought, spiritually uplifting.
Blue. Tend to be quiet and subdued.
Red. Tend to enjoy POP music @ volume level 5 and above.
Green. Tend to conserve money and do eat your green vegetables.
Yellow. Tend to make frequent visits to the bathroom and like cake over pies.
Brown. See yellow above and tend to accumulate sticks....
Orange. Tend to focus on navels and enjoy vanilla ice cream over chocolate.
Multicolor lights. Tend to be mixed up more of your thoughts and sentences. You
enjoy hoagies over pedogies.
Who knew what a persons light can say about them! WOW! Merry Christmas and chose your light color wisely!

Switch hitter here.......
Went from multicolored to while lights years ago, then switched back to multicolor last year, more nostalgic to us.

It's white for me ... and I like them to twinkle ... I could sit and watch the tree for hours.

Although I do love an outdoor blue spruce in all blue, my 'inside' tree will always be multicolored lights because, as bagldot pointed out, it's what my parents had and what my grandparents had... If I were decorating outside, I'd like a couple of blue pines and the house in white with a few white wire animals about. With our 5% rate hike in our electric here on LI, there will be no outdoor decorations this year. I can't afford the bills now, forget it when the hike comes! PA's electric is higher than some places, but is a lot cheaper than LI!

Multicolored lights here. I remember my parents had these really cool old school big colored lights with fake snow on them...they were the best!

I have done my entire yard in White at times.........I loved the look. All the pine trees in white and the house........gorgeous.
At this house I had a teal/blue that I used outside..........beautiful. This year I skipped that...
My tree is always the multicolored, old fashioned........lights.
I was even thinking of going to all large lighted bulbs, bring back the early years in my heart...with bubble lights !~!!! Perhaps next year, the trees are done now.
So yes, inside is multi...

This year it's the twinkle, goldish white lights....wine red and gold ornaments...glass icicles.
Before I was widowed it was some clear lights accented by bubble lights. I still love those old bubble lights!! They don't last forever though. The whole room had an old Swedish look.
After I was widowed, I didn't have a tree for a couple of years. Then I decided I was gonna go in a totally different direction. I searched for a white tree that was nice and full. I found one at the flower place in Blue Ball. (btw, it's a fun place...wish I was closer.) I used all white lights...white cord of course....and silver and gold ornaments. My friends kinda laughed and called it my "Peg Bundy" tree. I called it my "Estee Lauder" tree. "Peg Bundy" tree was funnier.
Sorry. That was more info than anyone asked for.
