HA! You've got that right. I love coming home from my friends' lake house in the summer out at Harvey's Lake only to get stopped in traffic for ten minutes trying to get through that intersection. The Back Mountain grew more quickly than PennDOT could keep up with, hence why that cluster-$&%*# is there! LOL!
