OT Forum Tools Help! (how much, pictures, top)

I know how much you folks love me, so I came here for help.

There are some things that I just don't understand about using this board. I know how to quick rep someone, but don't know how to rep with a comment. This became obvious to me when I wanted to reply to a rep with comment a day after I'd initially read it. I knew where to find my DM's, but couldn't navigate to the rep comments. It seems that I can only find them when I have a new one waiting and click on that.

How do I navigate to reputation comments? How do I rep someone with a comment?

I think your in the wrong C-D forum with this topic. But I have yet to find that out myself.

If you want to rep someone with a comment go to the upper right of that persons thread and click on the thing that looks like a scale .

You can check your reps by clicking on My Settings at the top of the page to the left (if you're logged in).

make sure you click on the symbol that looks like the scale...once you click
on it a box comes down and you can write a comment about giving the rep..

Thats great! I bet you got it now...........next you'll want to know how to do the pictures. If you can't find that on the fac's section of the Administration area.........then just come back.
I use Photobucket for a full picture. Its easy......but, at first it took me some practice to line things up.

I'd just like to clarify one thing. If someone sends a rep with comment and doesn't add their name, it seem that I can't find out who they are.

sometimes people hit [+]rate this positively...and you just get the rep...or sometimes don't put their name

I don't think I've ever signed my name to any reps. Every other forum I belong to does it automatically. The only time I think about it is when I see mine and have no idea who rep'ed me. My apologies to everyone I've rep'ed, I'll try to remember to sign them.
