Pleasant Valley encompasses many towns and neighborhoods.
Effort, Brodheadsville, Reeders, Gilbert, Kunkletown, Kresgeville, parts of Saylorsburg...
Anything in Ross Township would have the lowest property/school tax. Those are Kunkletown, Saylorsburg area. (This is where I live...it's a real nice area)
Anything in Chestnuthill Township would be the highest property/school tax. Towns in Chestnuthill inlcude Effort, Brodheadsville.
We also have Polk Township in our district...which would put you in Gilbert, Kresgeville areas.
