Scranton Real Estate Market
I wanted to thank everyone who answered my questions.We acurrently live in east stroudsburg and our home has been on the market for 6 months with no offers.We have dropped the price twice.I understand how bad it is all over.My question is how is the the Scranton real estate market?Have homes been sitting for a while?And what kind of percentage have home prices dropped in the area?If they have?And Im not sure If I can ask thi question but more than likely we would be buying an older home.We dont want a fixxer upper because we are not handy.But can someone recommemend a good general contractor if we were to modernize the place heating,cooling,siding,electricaletc.Thanks again.
