Default Best place to say-Jim Thorpe?

A friend and I were thinking of checking out the Winter Festival in Jim thorpe in February. We'll probably each have our own room, unless we can find a 2-room suite sort of thing. Ultra clean and convenient is important. Any suggestions on which place in town is the best play to stay a couple of nights? Thanks.

Default I'd say....

JIM THORPE! right here where I sit! I've been to this town quite often, but never stayed there. Personally, I'd Google and try for something close to the action, near the diner and train station!

I have been to Jim Thorpe many times but never stayed, although we have toured several of the hotels/B&B downtown. The Inn at Jim Thorpe would be my first choice, www.innjt.com
Have fun !!

Default Places To Stay

In town there are mostly Bed and Breakfast type places to stay that are on the pricey side. There is a Hampton Inn and County Inns & Suites located in Lehighton 3.6 miles from town. We stayed at the Hampton Inn when we went to a concert at Penn's Peak. We found the place to be adequate without having to spend a ton of money.

Default Penn's Peak

I have friends who say great things about Penn's Peak. It seems like a concert there, along with a stroll through the town would make for a complete weekend vacation!
