City council candidate Frank Joyce just sent me a friend request on MySpace. His campaign profile has already netted roughly 1,000 friends. He seems to be much more intelligent than Rogan and much less arrogant than Miller (he went off AGAIN Tuesday proclaiming it was city council's duty to save Roman Catholic churches, a direct fusion of church and state!)

I'm hoping for a happy Friday the 13th. We're traveling down to Philadelphia to visit some friends and staying to attend the Motorcycle show on Saturday.

Happy Friday the 13th to everyone!

That's not really indicative of any level of support. Not that he doesn't have any, but a FB friend page is no way to measure that. How many of these 1,000 friends are actually registered to vote in Scranton elections?

He has no chance anyway. The support for him is just not there, I have not recieved any good feedback on this kid at all. Either way I could care...

Evans, Gatelli, Rogan and probably Doherty but we'll see on that one. Council is pretty much going to be that way.

Facebook is great for younger voters and thanks to the Prez everybody thinks you can measure a candidate by it, in reality the majority of the voters in this area are older and have no idea what FB is, nevermind a computer. Dibileo and a few others are putting wieght into this because of Obama but this is not a presidential election.

Apathy will prevail and when it does I will most likely be floating down the North Branch in my kayak.

A hundred prostitutes in Washington D.C. were asked if they would ever sleep with President Clinton.

63% said, 'Never again!'
