luna, I think you may have a great idea. It would almost go back to the old concept of the 30s. Simple, fast, comparatively inexpensive, comfort food. The problem, besides the seed money, would be doing enough volume to make a profit.

If I understand correctly, most profit comes from the sale of alcohol. A small place usually doesn't do enough volume to make it otherwise.
