Well we will have a new bakery in Gable's spot soon. The owner has another bakery and this will be his second location! I can't wait to smell all the bread baking while I am popping popcorn next door. Oooh, it's so good!

Are you the owner of Popcorn Etc?

Gable's was hit or miss, but I really miss getting the peanutbutter-iced donuts. They were so good. It'll be nice to fill up the storefront, that's for sure.

Our pal Rosanna is an employee of Popcorn, Etc. She's already been on the news two or three times for various stories in and around town---she's Wyoming County's official spokeswoman!

I used to love Gable's chocolate cake with chocolate icing, it was the best!

I guess I will have to try a cake from the new bakery and see how it compares to Gables so let me know when it opens.

Just wondering if any of the locals can confirm that there is a new bakery in Tunkhannock? I doubt anything can replace Gables (man those sticky buns were the best), But even a average bakery is better than none.

Thanks
