Nanticoke- thoughts and opinions?
Do we have any other Nanticoke residents here former or present? I am interested in any opinions people have on turning around the city? I'm sure plenty of people know about all the financial issues the city is having as well as the current lack of main street businesses. I currently live in Plymouth most of the time, however I have a triple unit house unit in Nanticoke so I obviously have an interest in the progress of the area! I also have been wanting to get a few more rentals in the Nanticoke area from current "bad landlords" that run sulms, and fix them up into good condition rentals.
So what do people think?
