We are doing alright Paul. He is still having trouble with the potassium being high. We spoke to a lady who had one 6 years ago and she has so many problems. It really made us feel better about our situation. My incisions have been bothering me lately. I need to get them checked out. I finally had some time to mess with the pics on the computer so I thought I would give it a shot. I am really not up to posting my own photos but I did it anyway. Everyone says that I look 10 years younger now with my hair straight, dyed, and highlights. After what I went through, I thought it was time to treat myself and for a change of course. George - you're so funny but I think you need some glasses. LOL. I am not sure if you all know what quilling is, I know I have mentioned it a few times, but that cross is all 1/8" strips of paper rolled and squeezed into different shapes. A friend of ours had to have a whipple surgery to remove a cancerous tumor from her pancreas. She got out of surgery & then had a heart attack!! She's expected to remain in ICU for weeks...

Keep fighting the good fight Ashley, you guys will get through it. Get those incisions looked at if they worry you. Itching is normal as the tissue and nerves are reconnecting but if you see fluid or other discharges around the area you should get it checked out.
