I'm looking for a small house there its just me and when I have my daughter. 30K buys a decent small house you would be surprised. Appreciate the warnings but I see no problems what so ever that will come my way that I cannot deal with. When I get set up there I will post and have a big bbq all are welcome and i will even have armed correction officers on hand to meet you at the gate n escort you to my house. There will be no need to be scared it will be a first class affair. Honestly Riverside4ever what part of Mayberry did you grow up in? If APCP is the GHETTO to you then you have lived a very sheltered life. Must be the shock that there are need I say it shhh black people there. OMG how frightening... A car backfires on route 196 and you hit the deck cause APCP must be having a turf war over the new fountain they put in the place. Life is not perfect anywhere these days. Every community has it issues but what are we suppose to do stop living? I have personally seen the beauty in this place. I live 2 blocks from Newark NJ I can show you what a real eye opener really looks like if your not too scared to make the trip to see it. Dinners on me if you do I'll even let you wear my bulletproof vest. Seems like a lot of folks are afraid of diversity. I'm a white guy I can be in the projects all day and carry myself accordingly and be at the country club for dinner and fit right in, in both places. Not everyone is built the same nothing to be ashamed of and I am really just poking at you so don't get mad and take me serious. Enjoy life, love life and serious once i'm there full time stop in anytime and see for yourself.

Grew up In Todt Hill Staten Island ... and I retired from the NYPD , Worked in the citys worst pct's .. Take a bunch of low life deadbeats who milk the system and live in sec 8 housing and shop with food stamps as they drive Big Suv's , flash Gang signs and wear gang colors , Tag up the neighborhood , sell drugs out in the open..
