After you click on the Nepa forum ( you see all the different threads or topics), look on the upper left of the page for a blue oblong button that says NEW THREAD. Click that and you are on your way!

Maybe a little off topic but im potentially buying a home in the k section, can anyone fill me in on how the community government/residents look at atvs, are they welcome or frowned upon, couldnt find any information on park rules.

besides i know alot of times whats printed in your "policies handbook" is very strict compared to what they actually let fly and dont enforce

Your NUTS ... No atv's at all allowed ... save your loot ..its not a place you'll be happy in .. You have been warned..

Oh and PCP aint a park.. Its DA HOOD .. If you aint a thug or gang member, You wont fit in .. AND those atv's I bet they are stolen within 6 months of the hood rats seeing them.. EVEN if they are in your living room .. they will steal em when you leave the house .. Its straight up Fort Apache in there

I think the majority of the people that read this forum believe that PCP should be avoided , regardless of the section. I am not sure you will get an answer to your question.

I lived in the L section, next to K. I had kids sic their pit bulls on my dog when I was walking him, trapping me on a dead end. One night shortly after I moved there, I was walking my dog in the K section and there was security and police all over and they blocked the road so I could not walk home. Some maniac had a machete and threatened to kill the neighbor and his dog cuz the dog barked. He was locked in his house and they had to talk him out. No matter what part of PCP you move to, it is all the same. I think the older people are selling and moving out, leaving it to the ghetto drug people. Take a look at all the posts on there about PCP, going way back. Be forewarned!

Well i must say, the community seemed very peaceful when i drove through, homes seemed up kept. and I will also add that ive just spent the last 2.5 hours of my evening reading the last 32 pages of this thread only to still be on the fence due to the fact that YES i did see mostly negativity but it only came repeatedly from the same 3 or 4 individuals....... reciting their same old story over, and over , and over again

i think this community as well as forum needs some more people to chime in and express their opinions

Should tell you something about Tobyhanna when the town has the region's largest employer, yet very few employees of Tobyhanna Army Depot live in Tobyhanna. People commute from an hour away rather than live there.
