Yeah, luna, i saw that too. I havent heard a number for the property though, nor have i heard of much interest. Some, but not a lot. Could be a great property for the right price.

As long as everyone is talking about improvements to Scranton and upscale housing endevours......I really see nothing wrong with the pros and cons of it all.
It would be a wonderful addition if down town Scranton could come alive to be like the Market Commons of Myrtle Beach or Greenville, SC. Towns arising out of the ashes into new and revitalized areas.
I just wanted to say again, that looking down on Scranton from the high elevations of the turnpike......was, as usual, awesome.
Just the way this old, marvelous, town is situated is quite stunning.
The glow of lights, amid the tall and sky high mountain range surrounding it. There is never a time where I don't smile while coming upon that scene.
I have high hopes for in upcoming years......the town brought to its knees, will rise up in all its glory again.
