I live in Carbon County. I have a crack on my front bumper underneath my right headlight. Everything works but I was wondering if that would fail an inspection or not.

what year make and model? on most newer cars the plastic you see is just a bumper cover. there is a good old fashioned hunk of steel behind there. if the plastic bumper cover is cracked i can't imagine you would be failed for that. it is nothing but aesthetic. the metal bumper behind there is the important part for safety...although with pa's ridiculous vehicle code you just might....

now if its an older car with the exposed, usually chrome bumper it may pose an issue.
