I saw that, i can't believe it, so sick!!!! He doesn't even deserve a trial, someone should throw his sorry butt out of a moving car on a highway and be done with his sick, sorry life.

In this instance I say go for the eye for an eye approach...he admits his guilt and thinks it is "of no consequence".

No matter what way you look at it, these boys killed a man. Like I said before, I do not think they intentionally set out to kill him but they did. I truly feel they should have been charged with involuntary manslaughter.
|
If my "child" of 25 years was involved in a street fight, then he is responsible for his own actions. If I did not agree with a jury's decision, and the case was presented the way this one was, then I'd be looking very hard at why pertinent evidence was never collected.

What if? What if? What if? Let's deal with what actually happened. The guy was kicked, while he was down, and because he is a Hispanic illegal in Schuylkill County, the white jock boys were let off.
|
He was kicked NOT because he was brown, but because he had punched a juvenile in the back of the head at least 5 times.
Ramirez punched Scully several times in the back of the head, then Walsh punched Ramirez once, then within seconds, Scully kicked Ramirez.

They tried to run away. Ramirez ran after them, over 100 feet, to punch Scully in the back of the head. Both times the boys tried to get away, Ramirez came back at them, even removing his shirt, medallion, and wallet and handing it to his second fiancee.

Still didn't deserve to die. The teens still should have been charged and convicted with involuntary manslaughter. Period.

While I certainly agree that it's a shame that he died, he also had the choice to walk away and did not.
But all of the bleeding hearts can feel good about the fact that his four illegitimate children (don't forget, his supposed fiance already has three children with him and is the half sister of the fifteen year old girlfriend) will be US citizens and will most likely live off us taxpayers for the rest of their lives.

Excellent post. The bleeding heart liberals don't see the other side of the story. This guy didn't sound like an upstanding citizen, plus he was illegal. Now we have to foot he bill for his children out of wed-lock. I know it's shame he died, but judging from his actions, will he really be missed? I think not.
