Default Final Election: Scranbarre Vs. Weluvpa and the 3 real candidates
Because Weluvpa and Scranbarre tied I though we might as well have a final election to see who would win.

I'm voting for Weluvpa because he promised my neighbors and I, that if he gets elected we get our street will be the first to be re-paved!!! Yeah!!!
