Downtown needs another strip bar. Since Tee Cee's and The Pub Charles have closed the downtown has just not been the same.

What about a Chippendale's? I'm sure NYRangers 2008 would be on board for earning some extra income there! I can get up on an amateur night to do some pole-dancing, and women will be paying me to put my shirt back on as they're blinded with my pastiness! LOL!

Yeah I understand Pub Charles had quite a rep-- just the name is kinda appealingly gross. Could they use 4800 sf to revive it?
