It is most certainly the local government and the economy. People are getting sick of bad roads, cuts in public safety, the wage tax and the raising of property and school taxes, declining neighborhoods and too much money and energy into Nay Aug and the downtown. It may sound like a broken record, but you hit it square on the head. These are the reasons people are leaving the city.
