FBI fingerprinting question!!! (fingerprints, daycare, school districts)

Ok, here's a question:

I will be working in a child daycare starting on Mon. I went to get my FBI fingerprints done yesterday. I did register first but registered under PAE under school districts INSTEAD of DPW (Department of Public Welfare).

I asked at the woman who fingerprinted me at fingerprinting place after it was done and she said I should have registered under DPW instead. She said I may have to re-register.

I want to receive the official record. I will be getting a copy of it because I paid the $2.50 fee. Do you think this is going to be a problem being registered under the schools and not the Department of Public Welfare? The other woman said that my employer can just call her and she will pull up the information for her next week but I still would like the official records. I did email pahelp@cogentsystems.com with these questions.

They are usually pretty good at responding to emails, but I think you can call them too. As long as you have your receipt and give it to the daycare for their file you are good temporarily. Obviously the results wont change from one registration to the other, and it does take almost 2 weeks, so I think you're good to go, but call and double check. Good luck!
