They do not have the regular troopers doing investigations. They have an investigative unit that strictly handles drugs, etc. Normally the only people that complain about getting pulled over are the ones that have a led foot. Sometimes you see the slower drivers that are just as dangerous because they are not going with the speed of traffic. Normally I am on the interstate doing 70mph and people pass me like I am standing still. They can not generate revenue if the driver isn't speeding.
