Plumber Recommendation in Matamoras Area? (Hawley, Milford: home, water heater, cost)

Have anyone reliable/dependable to recommend? Someone I know in the Matamoras area needs some plumbing work done.

My plumber is outside of that area, but I got him through servicemagic.com and I recommend that site now to everyone - it lets you type in the home repair job details and it matches you to pros in your area. then you can read the reviews for each one and take your pick.
I've used it also for a gas pipe leak I had (paid $140 to replace a flex-pipe from my gas dryer with a straight pipe going through the wall to my garage), I had the pipe to my backyard hose freeze and burst and it cost $125 to replace and he even cleaned up all the water in my crawlspace. My hot water heater broke and someone came out in ten minutes and replaced it for $640 including heater and installation, and then I used it to find an electrician to switch my fuse box to a circuit breaker box. I've had great success every time.

Thanks - hubby already found someone he knew from Hawley who would be willing to go down and do the job. But I will keep Victor's name in mind if he needs another plumber in the future.

No problem, VanJanke (maybe the spelling is off) called you back, and could work on systems that no other plumbers could. I had a couple of emergencies and he was right there. BTW, it is hard to find people, businesses in that area to call you back. Also, another wonderful guy for plumbing is Falcor Builders, he does plumbing and electric, highly recommend him.
