Aggressive/honest realtor for selling house - milford pa area
Hi Everyone! I'm looking for an honest and aggressive (extremely proactive) realtor in the Milford, PA area. Someone who works for the Seller. Preferably someone with a very strong Internet presence and marketing tactics. I'm looking to sell my home within 3 months. If you have a recommendation, please DM me. I already emailed you who I recomended and it was deleted. Isn't it amazing you can recommend the best resturants, the best fire place stores, but heavens forbid you recommend a realtor - one of the most important decisions as far as neighborhods you will ever make.

What you should ask the realtor is to see the Penetration Market sheets to find out who are the go-getters and who are the list collectors..........

I'm going to bump this one up and ask for some recommendations as well. I am looking for exactly the same thing- an aggressive realtor that will actually work to get the house sold ASAP. I was not very impressed with the one I bought the house through and would like someone else to sell. You can DM me names. Thank you.
