How old was that system? Do I need to start losing sleep over a septic inspection now?

It was the original septic, probably about 15-20 years old............Not exactly sure........my husband would know.......If the buyers only do a normal test, chances are you don't have to worry about it. They'll probably just flush the toilets, and make sure it's working properly............We had a strict test done, because he inherited a bad septic, the first time he purchased a home.........not alot of people know, that could be done, and do the bare minimum.

Just don't hire "RURAL SEPTIC"................. They are just out to get extra money, any way they think they can...........the stories I have heard basically, they went to houses they were hired to pump out a septic, and these other plumbing places were called when something went wrong, and the people were told that Rural never even pumped the septics out, but took their money anyway.....when these plumbing places went to those houses, they were shocked to see that the septic was still full, even after rural was there, and supposedly pumped it out a week before. More than 1 place told me that same story!!!!

I just looked them up and they are nowhere near my place, so I doubt they will be used by the buyer. thanks.
