Default Pittston Local Tax??
Moving out of W-B City in November - Sick of the City Tax...

Looking to Plains, Kingston, Edwardsville, or Pittston

Local Tax for Plains is 1%, Anyone know about the other 3? I'd prefer to stay with 1% area's
