Default Ridge Ave in Kingston - nice area or not?

Does anyone know anything about Ridge ave? I know a while back people were discussing the good and bad parts of Kingston, I remember to stay away from the parts that border Edwardsville but thats about it.
Any input would be appreciated!
Thanks!
