Who am I?

"I would live in that charming Victorian up on the Scranton hill if I could.
One of these days I will be back and run for Mayor.
I am leaving this sprawl for an even bigger sprawl...How did that happen?
I am tired of the OLD people in our town. They don't fix up their homes, they live in a time warp. They drive so slow and don't know how to use a blinker. Besides that I think they don't get off their rockers on the front porch.
I'll be happy to have my Starbucks and all those classy stores nearby.
I'll be making some good bucks here.........If only I could improve my love life. Now that would be a cup of sweet tea."
