They did get an exterminator.. 3 times... the roaches were coming from the tenant below me.. they even had her apartment cleaned out.. but they were still there.. it took them 4 months to "terminate" the problem. By then i was sick of them.. also their new parking rule is just DUMB.. you have to park a whole building away from where your apartment door is.
