Don't forget House Arrest for pedofiles, often with children in the very same home. Luzerne County Judges have been infamous for that one.

I agree...which is why I think the death penalty should be used more often. Especially with child abusers and pedophiles.

This is what this county needs, they need to send a clear message that corruption, and criminal behaviour WILL NOT BE TOLERATED! And on the same day this indictment was handed down, "Law and Order" ran a re-run of the episode about what happened in Luzerne County. Did anyone see that last night?
Where do I send my donation?

Honestly, I am thrilled that Judge Kosik denied their original plea agreement. Seven years would have been a slap in the face to the parents that had to deal with the injustices that were done to them and their children. Don't get me wrong - not ALL the children were innocent but the punishment handed down in this fiasco....

The original plea agreement was basically for 3 charges. They didn't even scratch the surface or the tip of the iceberg when it came to the 'kids for cash'.

Not sure if it will be an open court Tuesday morning for their appearance. Would actually be nice to have these two clowns perp walked in shackles like they have done to others.

Let the scales of justice tip correctly this time around.
