Default Loud boom heard in Pittston area

I went to sleep this past Saturday, Sept. 27, and was woken at 1:20 am to a series of loud boom noises. First it sounded like someone firing a gun, then I thought it was fireworks, then realized its unlikely anyone would shoot fireworks at that time in the morning especially since it was raining! Next day, my relatives near me in area of Wyoming, Exeter, West Pittston said they heard the same. Also woke them up! Nothing on news and nothing in todays paper so I am curious if anyone else heard it and maybe knows what it was. Thank you.

Could they possibly be blasting in Pittston Township at one of the CenterPoint sites or at the Pittston Crossings site? I used to live right along Highway 315, and our house shook on occasion.
