Default Tunkhannock Harvest and Wine Festival

The festival is Saturday October 10. There will be 13 wineries this year, last year there were 5 or 6 wineries. $25 at the gate or $15 in advance.

Last year was the first year and it was really nice, the weather was perfect.

Well, who went, and what did you think? I REALLY enjoyed it, and it looked like everyone there was enjoying themselves. Personally, my favorite wineries were Pickering and Antler Ridge.

Unfortunately I didnt go but I had gone to a wine festival over the summer and loved the wine by Antler Ridge. I wish I could purchase their wine in the liquor store! I liked their White Merlot especially but they had many selections I enjoyed.

I was there and really enjoyed Antler Ridge-I bought 5 bottles. It turned out to be a real nice day. I tried a little of everything, well worth the money.
